4 arrested in Assumption Parish Home Invasion; 1 additionally charged with Aggravated Second Degree Battery

Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of four people in connection with a home invasion and a stabbing incident in Pierre Part early Friday. The incident appears to be domestic in nature.

Early Friday, the Communications Division dispatched Sheriff’s Office personnel to a South Bay Road address in response to a report of a stabbing. Deputies and detectives responded and reported that a 47-year-old white male had been stabbed multiple times. Investigators interviewed a number of individuals and as a result of those interviews, three adults and one juvenile were arrested and charged in connection with the incident. All four suspects were apprehended shortly after the incident.

Luis D. Ramirez, 48, of 139 Shane Street, Pierre Part, LA, is charged with:
*Home Invasion and Aggravated Second Degree Battery

Rachael Anne Daigle, 50, of 924 N. Belle River Road, Pierre Part, LA, is charged with:
*Home Invasion

Tyler Ryan Sauce, 19, of 1209 Park Drive, Thibodaux, LA, is charged with:
*Accessory After the Fact to Home Invasion

A 14-year-old juvenile is charged with:
*Home Invasion (One Count)
*Simple Battery (One Count)

The juvenile was booked and will be transferred to a juvenile holding facility.
Ramirez, Daigle and Sauce were booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center and await bond proceedings.
