St. Mary Arrest Report 8-10-2017

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that over the 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Joseph Brown, 34, 212 Sylvester Avenue, Raceland, LA was arrested on August 7, 2017 at 8:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule IV (alprazolam), misrepresentation during booking, and disturbing the peace by appearing in an intoxicated condition. A correctional officer located the active warrant during booking at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

Shelton Phillips, 21, 145 Georgetown Road, Glencoe, LA was arrested on August 9, 2017 at 10:40 am on 2 warrants from the 15th Judicial District Court in Lafayette Parish for failure to appear on the charges of theft and possession of marijuana and on a warrant from the 12th Judicial District Court in Avoyelles Parish for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods. A deputy with the Warrants Section located Phillips at his residence on the warrants and transported him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.

Beau Boudreaux, 38, 210 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 9, 2017 at 3:38 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A correctional officer transported Boudreaux from the Lafayette Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $6,000.

Scott Breaux, 35, 102 Thomas Nolan Drive, Lafayette, LA was arrested on August 9, 2017 at 3:39 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A correctional officer transported Breaux from the Lafayette Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $30,818.53.

Michael Morris, Jr., 18, 308 ½ Talbot Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on August 9, 2017 at 3:40 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. A correctional officer transported Morris from the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.
