Franklin Arrest Report 5-8-2017

The Franklin Police Department responded to 24 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:

 

The following two arrests stem from students doing a senior prank. On May 3, 2017, the students allegedly entered the school caused damage to the school.

Tyler Guilbeau, 18, of St. Joseph Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 5, 2017, at 8:39 AM, for the charges of simple criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing. Guilbeau was booked, processed, and released on a $1,500.00 bond.

Tylon Ireland, 17, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 5, 2017, at 1:42 PM, for the charges of simple criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing. Ireland was booked, processed, and released on a $1,500.00 bond.

 

Theresa Richard, 32, of Anita Dr., Opelousas, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2017, at 2:14 AM, on a warrant for St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Richard was booked, processed, and released to St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Hines, 36, of Fournier St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2017, at 9:59 AM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Hines was also arrested on warrants for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Hines was booked, processed, and held on a $15,965.16 bond.

Roland Harris Sr., 35, of Rosebud St., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2017, at 5:33 PM, for the charge of operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses. Harris was arrested on warrants for Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court. Harris was also arrested on a warrant for Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on the charges of driving while intoxicated- 3rd offense, driving under suspension, and careless operation. Harris was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.

Rennie Danos, 39, of Plantation Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 7, 2017, at 8:11 PM, on a warrant for Chitimacha Police Department for the charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile. Danos was booked, processed, and released to Chitimacha Police Department.
