Florida man arrested after allegedly making threats to customers outside of Bayou Vista Walmart

A Florida man was arrested Wednesday after the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of a male subject making threatening gestures and verbal threats to customers outside of Walmart in Bayou Vista. The deputy located the subject, identified him as 58-year-old James Parramoure, and observed several indicators of impairment including the smell of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and body. Following his arrest, Parramoure was transported to an area hospital for evaluation due to his intoxicated state.
