Early voting for the December 10th Congressional General Election

FRANKLIN, La – Registrar of Voters, Jolene Holcombe has announced early voting for the December 10th election begins on Saturday, November 26th and will continue through Saturday, December 3rd.  Hours for early voting will be from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Early voting will be conducted at the Registrar’s office on the third floor of the courthouse in Franklin and also at the Registrar’s branch office in Morgan City at 301 3rd Street.  You may vote early in either office regardless of your address.

The following issues will be on the ballot:

  • U.S. Senator (Runoff if necessary)
  • U.S. Representative, 3rd Congressional District (Runoff if necessary)
  • St. Mary Parish Water and Sewer Commission No. 4 (15.31 mill property tax renewal)
  • Consolidated Gravity Drainage District No. 1 (7.81 mill property tax renewal)
