Brandon Lee Grant 36 yoa. of Johnson Dr. Berwick was arrested on Friday August 9, 2019 at 6:16 PM for
- DISTURBING THE PEACE 13TH OFFENSE
On Friday August 9, 2019 at approx.. 6:00PM Officers with the Berwick Police Dept. went to Johnson Dr. to try an locate Grant due to Berwick Police Dept. holding an active warrant for his arrest. Officers made contact with Grant and asked him to come outside where he was placed under arrest without incident. The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on August 6, 2019 in which Grant was harassing a female in the Berwick Housing Authority. Grant could not be located that day and a warrant was prepared for his arrest. Grant remains incarcerated on a $296.00 cash bond.
Tina Franklin 43 yoa. of Utah St. Berwick was arrested on Friday August 9, 2019 at 9:59 PM for
- POSSESISON OF MARIJUANA
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
On Friday August 9, 2019 at approx. 9:39 PM Berwick Officers received a complaint from a Berwick resident stating that there was subjects outside smoking Marijuana at 3370 Fourth St. Upon officers arrival, Officers advised that they could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from that location. Officers made contact with a male and female at the residence. The female was identified as Franklin and she was spoken to about the complaint. Franklin admitted that she had marijuana in her cigarette pack and handed it over to officers. Officers located approx. 2 to 3 grams of Marijuana and rolling papers inside the pack of cigarettes. Franklin was placed under arrest and transported to Berwick P.D. where she remains on a $3,500.00 bond.

Beth Fryou 35 yoa. of Sixth St. Berwick was arrested on Saturday August 10, 2019 at 10:13 PM for
- DOMESTIC ABUSE BATTERY
On Saturday August 10, 2019 at approx. 9:53 PM officers were dispatched to a residence on Sixth St. in Berwick in reference to a disturbance. It was learned that there was a disturbance between a husband and wife who lived at the residence. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that Fryou had thrown an object at the victim and struck him in the nose and caused a cut and minor bleeding. Fryou was placed under arrest and transported to Berwick jail where she posted a bond of $500.00 and was released.
