BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lacey Fabre, 27, of 120 Legnon Court, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, on Friday in connection with an incident on February 11, 2019.
On Feb. 11, deputies answered a 911 call related to a disturbance at 120 Legnon Court. Upon arrival, deputies went into the residence and noted that Lacey Fabre and a male subject were asleep in the main room. Visible, in plain view, was a large quantity of suspected marijuana, assorted paraphernalia and a firearm.
At the time, the white male subject, with some assistance from a third party, was able to elude deputies. Fabre was transported to a medical facility for treatment.
At the time, deputies identified persons under the age of 17 to be present.
Lacey Fabre was arrested on Friday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Illegal Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances in the Presence of Persons under 17 Years of Age
*Illegal Carrying of Weapons
*Failure to Appear Warrant for Truancy
Lacey Fabre remains incarcerated in lieu of $17,100 bond.
Deputies have issued arrest warrants for the male accomplice. Additionally, at the time of this incident, there were outstanding warrants on the male suspect.
